Workshop guidance for applying balanced scorecard (BSC) – Quatest 3
The course gave an overview information such as the important of using BSC tool in management system, analyzed four factors of BSC, then how to build a mapping strategy and key performance index (KPI) in each organization attended.
The small presentation was conducted to analyze SWOT, shared about goals, vision and mission and suggested some specific solutions to deal with difficult situations which participants were facing.
The course offered good coverage of this subject, however, hard to put into practice. ^-^
